PRIVACY POLICY

Terms & Conditions – Raymond Studio | Kuwait

1. Booking & Confirmation
   All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. A session is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payments
   Full payment must be completed on or before the day of the session unless a different arrangement has been approved. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   Clients must notify the studio at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling. Deposits may be transferred once to a new date. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

4. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may result in reduced session time without compensation. The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.

5. Creative Rights
   Raymond Studio retains the creative direction of the shoot, including lighting, styling, and editing style. Final edited images are selected and delivered according to the agreed package.

6. Copyright & Usage
   All images remain the intellectual property of Raymond Studio. Clients receive usage rights for personal or agreed commercial purposes only. Images may not be altered, resold, or used for other purposes without written permission.

7. Delivery Time
   Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking. Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload and project type.

8. Liability
   While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, Raymond Studio is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (equipment failure, technical issues, force majeure, etc.).

9. Acceptance of Terms
   By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
